Should I decanter red wines ?

Some red wines are often drunk too young and therefore have an astringent taste. In order to soften the tannins, we recommend you use that wine decanter that's been hidden in the back of your cupboard for years! You could also buy one; we have some very decent models in stock from only 18 euros. Pour the wine into the decanter holding it straight so that the wine bounces back from the bottom and airs itself. This should be done about two hours before serving the wine.
